What is a Petabyte? How Many Pizzas = 1PB?

Well, I know 1PB is pretty large – thanks to Mozy they’ve made it ‘simple’.

Scary – but simple. Have a look.

So, if it’s comparable to 13.3 years of HDTV content that’s roughly 58,292 movies, which means an equal number of large pizzas.

Therefore 1PB = approximately 52 tonnes of pepperoni pizza!

For those more office based of you – 20 Million 4-drawer cabinets………………. that’s a lot isn’t it?  But not as tasty as my pizza tower 😉
