Sony PSPgo Gets Pre-Christmas Price Slash

If you’re looking to join the mobile gaming massive or buy someone a PSPgo then it might be worth hanging on a few weeks as Japan and the US have slashed the download only PSP’s price!

Sony has now made the price cut official in the US as the PSPgo’s sales seem to have been limping along for a while now. The price is being dropped from $249 to $199.

In Japan the PSPgo will drop from $332 to $208, from the 26 October.

It looks like Sony is hoping that it has just been the price putting gamers off as Kaz Hirai of Sony Computer Entertainment said that pricing for the device was “perhaps an issue”.

Just have to wait to see how these new prices translate in the UK.
