SmartSwipe – Secure Card Swipe Payment at Home

Spending your cash on the interwebs is pretty easy – sometimes too easy.

But there are those who wish to make those transactions even easier and, more importantly, safer.

Enter: SmartSwipe. This little mite plugs in to your puter via USB.

Swipe your plastic and all the details get read, encrypted and then bounces all that protected dosh data onto the payment section of most online retail sites.

All that’s left for you to do is enter your three digit security code from the signature strip of the card.

Just to underline something – your card details have been encrypted by SmartSwipe before it even hits your puter – so even if you have something nasty on your machine would be cash criminals would still be none-the-wiser 🙂
