Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and packaging leaked
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has been the victim of numerous leaks – some look like the real deal and others, well, I’ve not even bothered reporting. Here’s the latest that looks possibly legit.
Thanks to the standard ‘anonymous tipster’ the images you see here are purported to be the genuine article.
I am rather disappointed that the three-sided screen is absent on these ‘leaked’ phablet snaps too.
What makes this leak slightly more interesting is that the tipster has also added the retail box of the device in for good measure. This obviously doesn’t make it any more real, as this box doesn’t really fit with previous packaging from Sammy, it just means that the people behind them have spent a bit more time (in my opinion).
Specs of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 are said to include a 5.7-inch display sporting a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, powered by either a Snapdragon 805 SoC or Exynos 5433 chipset with 3GB of RAM on board.
The device is also expected to launch with 32GB of storage with a microSD card slot, a 12MP camera for photos and videos, as well as a 2MP selfie camera, fingerprint sensor, heart rate monitor and Android 4.4 KitKat as its operating system of choice.
Samsung has scheduled its Unpacked event on 3rd September at IFA in Berlin where the company is expected to launch the Galaxy Note 4.
Rumors suggest it will go on sale by mid-September in most international markets.
