Razer Synapse Stores Your Gaming Settings in the Cloud
If you’re serious about your gaming (ah, would that I had the time) you’ve probably got a programmable mouse and other such peripherals all set-up and customised to your gaming requirements. Now, Razer have announced the next innovation in gaming peripherals.
Welcome the all-new Razer Synapse 2.0.
Nope, it’s not a new mouse, keyboard, number pad or anything like that. Razer Synapse 2.0 is the world’s first application for storing your personalised peripheral settings in the cloud.
This means that all of your gaming settings are available anytime, anywhere – at tournaments, LAN centers, at home and at the office (as long as you don’t get caught!). With the advent of Synapse 2.0, onboard memory for devices is now obsolete. Razer Synapse 2.0 automatically downloads drivers, game add-ons, and firmware updates as they become available, ensuring your Razer devices are always updated.
Synapse 2.0 is currently in beta and Razer is offering 500 Razer Naga users the chance to test it out — you can sign up for the beta here.
