Hydrogen Power from Horizon Ready for Preorder – MiniPak, Hydrofill and Hydrostik
Cast your mind back to January when I introduced you to the Hydrofill MiniPak.
Horizon has now revealed three energy charging solutions which are all ready for preorder.
Read on as to what they can do and how much it will cost you to go H-powered 🙂
- Minipak – The MiniPak DC power output is 2W (5V, 400mA), delivered through standard micro-USB port and a multi-choice cable. The device is supplied with 2 refillable and ready to use solid state hydrogen cartridge — is up for pre-order at $99.99
- Hydrofill water-to-hydrogen-to-power converter is yours for $499.99. By adding water, and plugging the HydroFILL into a electrical wall-socket (or a solar panel), consumers can generate hydrogen and store it in a solid form automatically in HydroSTIK cartrridges.
- Hydrostik – The fuel cartridge used in the new H-cell is called HydroSTIK, it has a battery-like form factor and contains a special metal alloy that allows hydrogen to be stored in a solid-state, as part of the metal alloy matrix inside the cartridge.
will hit you for 10 bucks.
They say that the first shipments could be happening as soon as next month – wave goodbye to your old power solutions my eco-warriors!
