HTC EVO 3D Smartphone Coming to UK

If you’re looking to get your 3D phone on and the LG Optimus not doing it for you how about the HTC EVO 3D? Yup, it’s coming to the UK next month!

HTC have finally confirmed that their EVO 3D is heading this way after the usual interweb rumour-mill had predicted that it would be in Europe for the summer.

“Smartphones have revolutionised how people communicate and entertain themselves on the move. You can now carry your favourite films, music, photos and games in your pocket wherever you go,” stated HTC EMEA President,Florian Seiche. “The HTC EVO 3D allows people to explore this new technology trend beyond the living room, enabling them to capture and share their lives with family and friends in amazing 3D.”

The HTC EVO 3D is loaded with a 4.3-inch qHD stereoscopic display so you get 3D without the need to wear special specs. If you’re wanting to create your own 3D media then you’ll be pleased to know that around the rear of the EVO 3D sites a pair of 5-megapixel snappers which are also capable of recording 720p HD video at 30fps. All of that is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor.

HTC’s strongest hand is the wonderful Sense UI and the EVO 3D gets handed the latest version. Impress your friends with the 3D menus and widgets 🙂

There’s no definite date other than a nod to July and pricing is still being kept secret squirrel.
