Asus Bring Android to EeePC’s

android_asus_bubbleWord on the street is that ASUS may be getting its feet wet in the Android pond with one of their netbooks.

This has all sparked from Samson Hu, head boy at the ASUS Eee PC division when he said that they’re looking at the OS and are considering launching an Android netbook by the end of the year.

This follows on nicely from ASUS buddying up with GPS lovers, Garmin to form Garmin-ASUS.

They announced their first Nuvifones that will be available on both Windows Mobile and that Android niceness.

I’m guessing that ASUS enjoyed the look of their smartphones running Google’s OS and want to throw it onto their netbooks.

Would you like to see an EeePC netbook running Android?
