Archos Phone Tablet Coming to Taunt Apple

Archos are known for dropping PMP goodness in our hands and even though the new Archos 5 Internet Tablet has a microphone, it can only make VoIP calls over Wi-Fi.

But hang on – They’ve got a follow-up my gadgety faithful!

The Archos Phone Tablet that will be making calls over HSDPA.

Archos are still being a little tight-lipped about it but it has confirmed that the Archos Phone Tablet will be sporting a slimmer 4.3-inch touchscreen with a sharper 854Ã—480 resolution, HSDPA, a 1GHz Arm processor all lovingly wrapped in a slim 10mm shell.

If you’ve handled a Tosh TG01 it’ll be a tad bigger than that and obviously run Android not Windows.
