Well gadgety faithful. The time is almost here.

In a matter of hours Steve Jobs will pounce onto the stage with cat-like grace and kick off Apple’s WWDC conference with his keynote chat at 10am Pacific Time – that’s 6pm here in the UK.

Apple’s WWDC 2010 conference is happening at the Moscone West centre in San Francisco tomorrow. As the centre is being Applefied one banner proudly states: “200,000 Apps on the App Store – The center of the app universe”

Everyone will be expecting the much leaked, groped and stripped-down iPhone 4G to make an appearance – unsurprisingly, Gizmodo’s invite has not appeared.

Obviously that’s not the only thing that people are looking forward to seeing.

There’ll probably be more iPad developments, news about iPhone OS 4 perhaps official word about the refreshed Mac Mini and Apple TV.   As Apple TV is supposed to be running on iPhone OS 4 and all the top iPhone developers will be sat in the room it would make sense wouldn’t it?

There’s word that Safari 5 will get an official outing.

The new browser will have “a Reader functionality that will make web page reading easier by extracting and organising the text” as well as “The search field will now include Bing as well as Yahoo and Google.”

Safari 5 will also get turbo-charged to keep up with the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome. This is said to have been achieved thanks to a new Javascript render that is 25% faster than currently available.

Anything else you are expecting/wanting from tomorrow’s Apple-fest?
