Apple Siri Shows Sympathy with Public Sector and goes on Strike!
It appears that the iPhone 4S assistant has joined a union and withdrawn its services ahead of the mass public sector walk-out planned for Wednesday.
The servers that power Apple’s Siri have gone down which means that, at this moment in time, he/she is refusing to give any answers.
So, don’t expect Siri to check your appointments, search the web or set alarms for you.
Word is that the Siri network is down in Europe and South Korea.
Siri is rebutting its employers in a typically polite way, however, with the likes of “There’s something wrong” and “I can’t take any requests right now.”
I am unable to find any pointers to how long this outage is set to last – have you been affected? Let me know below.
