Sony Ericsson Vivaz HD Recording Camera Phone Release Date Outed

More phone news – well, the Mobile Word Congress aint far off is it? ;)

It appears that Sony Ericsson’s latest lovely, the Vivaz, has cropped up on Vodafone’s website with a UK launch date.

The new 8.1MP camera phone will be available on Vodafone from March with prices still under wraps but you can register for updates if you’re keen to get it on with the shiny Symbian touchscreen blower.

So what do you get other than the scaled down (well, compared to the Satio) 8.1 megapixel autofocus snapper? How’s about HSDPA and Wi-Fi for fast surfing, and GPS as well as HD video recording?

Other appealing goodies include FM radio, TV-out at VGA resolution.

The Vivaz will also be sold in four colour pallets astronomically named: Moon Silver, Cosmic Black, Galaxy Blur and Venus Ruby.

The Satio is now showing as being sold out – so are you going to be signing up for a Vivaz?

MiLi Pro – Unfold and Transform Your iPhone into a Projector

mili-pro-lensThe MiLi Pro is a LCOS, LED powered projector for the iPhone and iPod Touch.

Unfold the MiLi Pro and pop in your iPhone so it sits in what looks like a high-tech deckchair and off you go.

It’ll spray a picture at a res of 640×480 and they recommend not to drift further than 40 inches away from your wall/screen.

Looking at the 10 lumens – it’s not gonna burn those retinas and perhaps make sure the room is very dark and stay close to the viewing space ;)

The whole thing is rechargeable and has VGA and RCA inputs as well as a dock connector.

The site says soon and I’ve heard tell of September.
