If you fancy yourself as a bit of a Time Lord then pack your pockets full of Jelly Babies, don your best cricket jumper and bring along your favourite robot dog as Doctor Who is headed for the Wii and the Nintendo DS!

The best thing about this news is that you’ll be able to point your own sonic screwdriver at things!

Yup, the ultimate multi-tool shall appear as a custom Wiimote and Nintendo DS stylus for two new games.

The games are: Doctor Who: Return To Earth for the Wii and the Nintendo DS will get Doctor Who: Evacuation Earth which are both due to arrive in time for Christmas with those cool sonic screwdriver add-ons.

The games will feature the vocalisations of both Matt Smith and Karen Gillan for that extra touch.

Don’t worry if the wait to get your Who on is too long though – you will be able to grab the Sonic Screwdriver Wiimote next month.

Now – When’s that Amy Pond peripheral arriving eh? ;)
