Megan Fox

Star TrekWe like Sci-Fi don’t we? So when there’s a gadgety release of two of this years Sci-Fi hits it needs to be written about.

The two flicks in question are Star Trek and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

Paramount Digital Entertainment is releasing 20,000 of each movie on a 4GB USB drive (leaving around 3GB free space) with each one getting its own identification number.

The USB’s come in fancy tins with a one-off print. If you opt for the robot and Megan Fox fun of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen you get it on a limited edition Autobot device while Star Trek fans get a limited edition Starfleet Insignia USB.

You’ll be able to play the films via the drive on any DivX certified device – if you want to play it on your favourite disc spinner then you are allowed to burn the movie onto DVD.

Priced at £17.99 each, Star Trek is available to buy now from Play.com and the Transformers USB will go on sale from 30 November.

dyson-dc25-robot-transformerYou may be well aware that on Friday the 19th of June, the second Transformers film from director Michael Bay will be out to watch.

Well, as well as seeing Megan Fox in a pair of cut-off denim shorts you’ll also get to see a cute little addition to the robot arsenal: a Dyson vacuum cleaner.

Yup – Dyson, the company that produces probably the best cleaning implement I have ever owned, is rightly proud of their DC25 model, an upright vacuum cleaner using their famous ball technology to you can take corners at high speed whilst the no-bag system takes care of the dirt (or all the black hair that I seem to shed).

The DC25 has another trick up its hose as the bright yellow machine also transforming into a naughty Decepticon robot in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

There doesn’t seem to be any official images from Dyson or Paramount Pictures of the DC25-cum-robot yet.

Just 5 days then we can all see it – unless you’re lucky enough to get to a preview.
