Whether you have the 8GB iPhone or rocking the 32GB version I’m a firm believer that you can never have too much storage space on your iPhone or iPod Touch.

I reckon the lovely, thoughtful folk that bring the wonderment of AirStash think the same.

AirStash, as you can see in the pic, looks like a USB drive.

Apparently all you have to do is charge it up, sling whatever you want to keep on the AirStash’s SDcard and then pocket the stash.

By some wizardry it will hook-up to your touchscreened Apple device or even that of your friends all without wires!

I’m hoping that this thing’s password protected or something – but security is but a minor niggle for increasing your portable memory and sharing endless holiday snaps.

The Airstash site promises that all things will become clear at CES :)

Double Your iPod Classic Storage – Tiny Toshiba HDD

MK3233GSGFancy cramming in 320GB into a tiny place – perhaps a DIY iPod upgrade?

Well, from next month (December) Toshiba will be releasing their new 1.8 inch 5400RPM line of SATA drives in which they have managed to up the space to that magic number.

The first is the MKxx33GSG series of 5400 RPM 320 GB, 250 GB and 160 GB mobile hard drives. The second new series is the low-power MK1235GSL 120 GB “ultraportable” hard drive. Toshiba brags that these new 1.8″ HDDs are substantially tougher than their bulkier cousins.
