Sony’s Reader Goes Open

Another feather in the cap for Sony’s Reader.

An update will allow it to use EPUB books as well as the ones from the Sony e-Book Store.

This is something that the Kindle can’t do and opens up a large range of books to the new reader which it was definetly lacking before.

Could this be the start of more open readers?
