RIM – Thunder, Thunder, Thunder Berry Hoooooo!

I’ve been snooping around to find out more about RIM’s latest offering known as Thunder.

Stop your giggling!! I know RIM Thunder, or indeed, Thunder RIM is something for the school yard but just shut it a moment!!!

The official model number is the BlackBerry 9500, and apparently the touchscreen is a higher res than the iPhone’s (360×480 compared with the iPhones 320×480)! ~GASP!~

It’ll be running OS 4.7.0 (one up on the Bold).

Thunder will launch on Verizon and Vodafone as a lifetime exclusive, operating on both high-speed HSPA and EV-DO networks.

Available in September I hear.
