The Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich has unveiled NOVA, a 3D LED display to mark its 150th anniversary.
It is the world’s largest 3D display measuring 5 x 5 x 1 metres and weighing a not unconsiderable 3.3 tons!
It is made up of 25,000 lightballs, each of these contain 12 LEDs.
It’s capable of displaying 16 million colors and 25 images per second. It lives in the main hall of Zurich’s trainstation and it will be there ’til September 2009.

If I understand correctly you are saying that the image came from your Flickr account.
If that is the case then I apologise as I was unaware of this fact and assumed that the picture was from a press release as I grabbed the image from here: http://www.newlaunches.com/entry_images/0408/30/nova_01.php
