Naim Uniti – Classy All-in-One Audio Player

If you’re looking for an all-in-one stereo then this from Naim Audio will probably fit the bill.

Naim has announced the launch of the new “NaimUniti”.

The NaimUniti is an all-in-one audio player with an integrated amplifier, CD player, DAB/FM tuner, internet radio player, iPod and MP3 dock, digital to analogue converter, USB and network-stored music file player and network streamer.

You get no less than 10-inputs so you can hook up games consoles, satellite TV recorders/receivers and DVD players to the audio player and the sound gets pushed out via the 50 watt-per-channel integrated amplifier.

Naim have aimed (arf) at simplicity: The front panel display is said to “ensure real ease of navigation”, Naim says “just add a pair of speakers and it’s ready to perform”.

The NaimUniti is out this month for £1995.

Add £95 for the n-link iPod connector and if you want those speakers: They’re Naim Audio’s n-SAT satellite speakers which are supposed to be the “ideal match” for the system add another £770.
