According to OhGizmo!, “The Martin Jetpack is capable of 30 minutes of flight at 60 mph” and can go a distance of 8,000 feet.
Martin plan to ship the first ten units this year at a cost of $100,000 each.
The vid below is of a minute or so hovering in a warehouse, but heck – if someone told me that I could have a go I’d be right there quicker than you could say “Software Creations!” – that’s one for people that were gaming back in the early 90’s
