Welcome another e-Reader to the party.
The Opus comes with built in PDF support, something the Kindle 2 doesn’t have.
It weighs a tiny 5.3 ounces and Bookeen’s latest portable device packs a sharp resolution of 200 DPI.
MobileRead reports that even though it’s pocket-sized, the Opus features a pretty standard 6″ display and 1GB of flash memory that can accommodate ePub, PDF, HTML and text formats.
The Opus has access to a catalogue of 150,000 book titles from several retailer web shops, including Mobipocket ebooks.
You can get 8,000 page flips and 21 days standby from the batteries
No 3G wireless but a pocketable e-Book reader – would you pick it over the Kindle?
Well, until the pricing is released you have time to ponder – the Opus should be out in the States in June.
